The Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District is now accepting electronic submissions of reports, notifications, protocols, test results, etc. This includes specific documents such as CEMS data reports, Title V Reports (i.e. Annual Certifications, Semi-Annual, and Deviation Reports), NESHAP/MACT Reports, startup notifications, PERP notifications, source test protocols and source test results.
The District respectfully encourages you to submit these documents via email to the following address:
The District deems electronic submissions sufficient, and does not require a duplicate hard copy submission; however, please note that if there is a written requirement for a wet signature, an image of that wet signature must be included with the attachment. A confirmation receipt will be given for all electronic submissions. The District accepts email attachments up to 20 MB in size.
Please note, the examples exclude breakdowns notifications associated with District Rules 218
and 430 as these types of documents already have a designated electronic reporting option'.
